AUGUST 18, 2017 — BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SPECIAL MEETING

The Board of Supervisors met on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.  Board members present were De Witt, Pottebaum, Radig, Ung, and Taylor.  Staff members present were Patrick Gill, Auditor/Clerk to the Board.

Meeting was called to order.

Motion by Ung second by Radig to go into executive session per Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c).   Carried 5-0 on a roll-call vote.

Motion by Pottebaum second by Radig to go out of executive session per Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c).  Carried 5-0 on a roll-call vote.

Taylor excused himself at 3:45 p.m.

Motion by DeWitt second by Radig to deny the appeal of the grievant heard in the previous executive session.  Carried 3-1; Pottebaum was opposed.
