JUNE 28, 2013 — SPECIAL MEETING OF THE WOODBURY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

The Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday, June 28, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room.  Board members present were Clausen, Boykin, Monson and Smith; Tripp was absent.  Staff members present were Joshua Widman, Assisant County Attorney, Dennis Butler, Finance/Operations Controller and Patrick F. Gill, Auditor/Clerk to the Board.

The meeting was called to order.

The Board held a discussion with Debi Durham, Director at the Iowa Department of Economic Development Authority.

The Board adjourned the regular meeting until July 2, 2013.
