JUNE 25, 2009SPECIAL MEETING OF THE WOODBURY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

The Board of Supervisors met on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Board members present were Boykin, Clausen, Monson, Smith, and Walish. Staff members present were Karen James, Board Administrative Coordinator, Jean Jessen, Deputy Auditor, J.D. Pellersells, Human Resources Director and Patrick F. Gill, Auditor/Clerk to the Board.

This meeting was called to order to discuss strategy matters relating to employment conditions of Woodbury County employees who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement.

Motion by Walish second by Boykin to go into executive session to discuss employment conditions of Woodbury County employees who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Motion by Boykin second by Walish to go out of executive session. Motion Carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.
