JANUARY 26, 2005 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE WOODBURY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

The Board of Supervisors met on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Board members present were Batcheller, Boykin, Clausen, Monson, and Walish. Staff member present was Victoria L. Ritz, Deputy/Clerk to the Board.

This meeting was called to interview four applicants for the Economic Development Director.

Motion by Batcheller second by Walish to go into executive session per code section 21.5(l)(i) by request of applicant. Carried 5-0 by roll call vote.

Motion by Batcheller second by Clausen to go out of executive session. Carried 5-0 by roll call vote.
