JUNE 18, 2004 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE WOODBURY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

The Board of Supervisors met on Friday, June 18, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. Board members present were Batcheller, Boykin, Clausen, Walish and Welte. Staff members present were Patrick F. Gill, Auditor/Clerk to the Board, Victoria L. Ritz, Deputy Commissioner of Elections and John Sullivan, Board Legal Counsel.

Patrick F. Gill presented the Abstract of Votes for the Board of Supervisors-District 2 with the amendment to strike Calvin Tyer being elected to no one being elected to go on the General ballot receiving 35 percent of the vote.

Motion by Walish second by Boykin to accept the amended canvass of the General Primary Election of June 8, 2004. Carried 5-0. Copy filed.

The Board adjourned the meeting.
