May 25, 2000 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The Board of Supervisors met on Thursday, May 25, 2000 at 9:00 A.M. Present were board members Boykin, Clausen, Batcheller, Walish and Welte and Patrick F. Gill, Auditor/Clerk to the Board.

Meeting called to order.

Motion by Batcheller second by Welte to go into executive session under section 21.5(1)(i). Carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Motion by Welte second by Walish to go out of executive session. Carried 5-0 on a roll call vote.

Motion by Welte second by Walish to authorize the Chairman to negotiate with Karen James to accept the position of Board Administrative Coordinator. Carried 5-0

The Board adjourned the regular meeting until May 30, 2000.
