As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on APRIL 24 2023 in favor of WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST I, and against THOMAS J. WHITE; SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. WHITE; MARIE LOUISE STROUD F/K/A MARIE L. WHITE AND H&R ACCOUNTS, INC., IN REM. an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on MAY 5 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on JUNE 20, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
