As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on DECEMBER 21 2022 in favor of NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, and against CALIN MURRAY, BRITTNEY PRESTON AKA BRITTNEY P. PRESTON, STATE OF IOWA, IOWA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SRVICES AND STATE OF IOWA, IN REM  an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on JANUARY 6 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on MARCH 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
