As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on JANUARY 10 2023 in favor of SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC and against RENEE SHANKS-MONTREUIL AKA RENEE MONTREUIL, SPOUSE OF RENEE SHANKS-MONTREUIL AKA RENEE MONTREUIL, IF ANY, LF NOLL INC., CITY OF SIOUX CITY, IOWA AND STATE OF IOWA, IOWA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND FINANCE IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on JANUARY 23 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on APRIL 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
