As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on FEBRUARY 27 2023 in favor of THE MONEY SOURCE INC. and against JESSICA M. HEFNER; JOSHUA L. HEFNER; STATE OF IOWA, CHILD DUPPORT RECOVERY UNIT; HERITAGE BANK N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE IF ANY, OF JESSICA M. HEFNER; PARTIES IN POSSESSION, ET AL. IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on MARCH 9 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:    THE EAST FIFTY FEET (E 50') OF LOTS NINETEEN (19) AND TWENTY (20), BLOCK SEVENTY-FIVE (75), PEIRCE'S ADDIDTION TO SIOUX CITY, IN THE COUNTY OF WOODBURY AND STATE OF IOWA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 406 34TH ST, SIOUX CITY, IA 51104 ("THE PROPERTY").

COMMON ADDRESS:  4-6 34TH ST SIOUX CITY, IOWA

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on MAY 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
