DAVENPORT; SALAH D KIVLIGHN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF IOWA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF AYETTE KIVLIGHN; PARTIES IN POSSESSION; O'CONNOR HEATING AND COOLING, INC., ET AL. IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on MARCH 9 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:    LOT THIRTEEN (13) AND THE WESTONE HALF (W1/2) OF LOT FOURTEEN (14), COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS THIRD FILING, SIOUX CITY, WOODBURY COUNTY, IOWA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4739 PERRY WAY, SIOUX CITY, IA 51104 (THE ("PROPERTY").

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on MAY 11 2023, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
