As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on OCTOBER 14 2022 in favor of PEOPLES BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO PINNACLE BANK, SIOUX CITY, F/K/A MORNINGSIDE BANK AND TRUST, and against MIKI H. SLECHTA AND DOUGLAS H. SLECHTA TRUST FOR SELECT APARTMENTS, LLC, NIKI H SLECHTA AND IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on FEBRUARY 1 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:    WEST SEVENTY-EIGHT AND ONE HALF FEET (78 1/2') OF LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), BLOCK ONE (1), RENNISON ADDITION TO SIOUX CITY, IOWA IN THE COUNTY OF WOODBURY AND STATE OF IOWA

COMMON ADDRESS:  2500 JONES SIOUX CITY, IOWA

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on APRIL 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
