As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on OCTOBER 26 2022 in favor of RESTOREMAX, LLC, D/B/A PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION OF SIOUX CITY,  and against MYLES E. MONGAR, DEFENDANT an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on MAY 31 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:    "LOT EIGHT (8) IN BLOCK (1), PALMER'S MORNINGSIDE ADDITION TO SIOUX CITY, IN THE COUNTY OF WOODBURY AND STATE OF IOWA" (HEREINAFTER THE PROPERTY").

COMMON ADDRESS:  2313 S ROYCE ST SIOUX CITY, IOWA

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on AUGUST 1ST , 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.

_XXX_  Homestead:  Defendant is advised that if the described real estate includes the homestead defendant must file a homestead plat with the Sheriff within (10) days after service of this notice, or the Sheriff will have it platted and charge the costs to this case.
