As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on JULY 17 2020 in favor of AJAX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2019-C, MORTGAGE-BACK SECURITIES, SERIES 2019-C, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE and against FRED E. WOHLERT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRED E. WOHLERT, CREDIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES, L.F. NOLL, INC., STATE OF IOWA, PARTIES IN POSSESSION IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on FEBRUARY 16 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on MAY 18 , 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
