As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on BEBRUARY 21 2022 in favor of WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. and against TYLER R. PECK, STATE OF IOWA; KARI HILDEBRAND; PHOENIX RECOVERY, INC. IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on FEBRUARY 2 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:    THE SOUTH FIFTY FEET (S 50') OF VACATED VINE AVENUE BETWEEN THE EAST LINE OF SOUTH PATTERSON STREET AND THE WEST LINE OF THE NORTH SOUTH ALLEYS IN BLOCKS FIVE (5) AND TWELVE (12) , ALL IN CHENEY'S ADDITION TO SIOUX CITY, IN THE COUNTY OF WOODBURY AND STATE OF IOWA.

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on APRIL 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
