As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on OCT 23, 2018 in favor of SIOUXLAND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY and against HEIDI A. HUSEMAN A/K/A HEIDI ANN HUSEMAN A/K/A HEIDI ANNE HUSEMAN A/K/A HEIDI HUSEMAN-MENEFEE, A SINGLE PERSON; L.F. NOLL, INC.; AND CITY OF SIOUX CITY, IOWA IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on OCTOBER 20, 2020.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 11 IN RIVERVIEW BANKS, A RELAT OF LOT 6, METROPOLITAN PARK, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SIOUX CITY, WOODBURY COUNTY, IOWA

 

COMMON ADDRESS:  2219 BRYAN ST, SIOUX CITY, IOWA

 

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on DECEMBER 17, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
