As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on DECEMBER 23, 2019 in favor of DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2007-HE1 and against DAVID LECLAIR AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, CREDITORS AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS WITH AN INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY OF LEANNE LECLAIR, DECEASED, ET AL IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on OCTOBER 1, 2020.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT TWO (2), IN BLOCK THREE (3) OF CALL'S SUMMIT ADDITION TO SIOUX CITY, WOODBURY COUNTY, IOWA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2137 GRANDVIEW BOULEVARD, SIOUX CITY, IA 51104 (THE "PROPERTY").

COMMON ADDRESS:  2137 GRANDVIEW BLVD, SIOUX CITY, IOWA

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on DECEMBER 8, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
