These are the typical recording fees. Fees may vary based upon the contents of a document. All recording, copy, and fax fees need to be paid in advance. All fees can be paid by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card.

Conveyance Documents

All documents that need transferred for taxation.
(Deeds; Affidavits Effecting Real Estate; Contracts; Forfeiture of Contracts)
$7.00 1st page, plus $5.00 for each additional page
Plus $5.00 Auditor's Fee 
for each addition, section or block of legal description to be transferred.

Transfer Tax tables available upon request.
An exemption explanation needs to be stated on the document when no Transfer Tax is due on a conveyance.
