These are the typical recording fees. Fees may vary based upon the contents of a document. All recording, copy, and fax fees need to be paid in advance. All fees can be paid by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card.

Conveyance Documents

All documents that need transferred for taxation.

$7.00 1st page, plus $5.00 for each additional page
Plus $5.00 Auditor's Fee for each addition, section or block of legal description to be transferred.

An exemption explanation needs to be stated on the document when no Transfer Tax is due on a conveyance.

Financing Statements, Amendments, Continuations and Terminations
Recorded at the County level.
